Welcome to The Natural Sensory Nook 🌿

The Natural Sensory Nook is a gentle, nurturing space where you and your baby can explore, learn and truly connect together. Created as a home-from-home, The Nook offers a calm and welcoming environment where little ones are free to play, discover and develop at their own pace, while you feel supported, held and part of something meaningful.

Our small, gentle sessions are currently held within a warm home environment in Bracklesham, allowing for a more personal, cosy and relaxed experience for both you and your baby.

Founded and lovingly run by Josie, a fully qualified Early Years professional with over 20 years of experience and qualified Parent Baby Wellness Coach, The Nook is built on a deep understanding of child development and a passion for supporting families in those precious early years. Every session is thoughtfully designed with your baby and toddler at the heart, using natural, simple resources to awaken curiosity, stimulate the senses and encourage a love for learning from the very beginning.

At The Nook, we honour the importance of the first three years of life—the most influential stage of development. 

Our carefully structured classes support each stage of your child’s journey:

• Seedlings (6–12 months)
• Buds (12–18 months)
• Young Buds (18–24 months)
• Sunflowers (24–36 months)

Alongside sensory play, The Nook is also home to Saplings Village Visionary—a space dedicated to baby massage, baby yoga and parent support. Here, families are guided through the first 1001 critical days, with a focus on nurturing touch, emotional connection and supporting both baby and parent wellbeing. It’s a place where you are not only supported as a parent, but seen and held as a person too.
