A baby & toddler group where we journey together with you and your child to discover our world & environment. Using natural materials, promoting their development & communication through the enjoyment of play.
The Natural Sensory Nook classes will be temporarily ending as of the 25th May. This is so Josie can start her Maternity Leave. Keep watch on social media for Summer events that will be happening and when classes return!
Thank you all for your support and understanding.
Come along on a journey with your child and explore through your senses using natural materials and learning through song and rhyme. The Natural Sensory Nook is here to support you through your journey and offer opportunities, using our natural world, with a more holistic approach to discovery. Run by Josie, a fully qualified Early Years professional with many years experience with all ages. This baby and toddler sensory group will take you back to basics and offer learning and discovery while enjoying time together.
Class Safety – Although things are slowly getting back to normal, we still keep safe within class. I keep materials rotated and clean them after each class. Class numbers will never go over 15. Masks are optional. If you or anyone in your household have tested positive for COVID, I ask that you not attend class until you are clear.
The Nooks Ethos – At The Natural Sensory Nook we aim to provide a safe, fun and inviting environment for all to partake in our specially designed age appropriate activities. We pride ourselves in offering opportunities for families to learn and discover using natural materials and gathering inspiration from our environment.
Class breakdown – We offer classes from birth to 3 years. The first 3 years of a child's life is the most influential. This means its vital to offer the most opportunities for them to learn and develop.

Message from Josie – "I want to offer families time to be with their children and explore through basic materials and challenge their minds through their senses. Experiment with the natural world and open new areas of their minds to develop. This also gives parents and carers time to bond, connect and learn along side their children. There is nothing more amazing than being part of their learning and walking that journey with them."
